Refund Policy

Appointment-Based Services

The Window Washer provides appointment-based services. Refunds are subject to the terms below.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund if payment has been made.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before service are not eligible for a refund and may incur a fee.

Completed Services

  • No refunds are issued after services are completed.

  • Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We may offer a re-clean at our discretion in place of a refund.

Weather & Rescheduling

Weather-related delays are not grounds for refunds. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.

Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks without prior contact may result in refusal of future services.
