TERMS & CONDITIONS / SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Services

The Window Washer provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services (“Services”) in the State of Arizona only. Services are scheduled by appointment through our website or direct communication.

2. Scheduling & Access

By booking services, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to all windows and work areas

  • Ensure pets are secured during service

  • Provide access to water and power, if required

  • Ensure safe roof, ladder, and property access

If access is restricted or unsafe upon arrival, The Window Washer reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Online payments are accepted and a card on file is required to ensure seamless and quick service

  • No deposits are required unless discussed at time of quote.

Unpaid balances may result in delayed or refused future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 72 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee

5. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. The Window Washer is not responsible for delays caused by weather, environmental conditions, or acts beyond our control.

6. Limited Liability

  • While we take every reasonable precaution, the customer acknowledges that window cleaning involves inherent risks. The Window Washer is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, broken seals, chips, cracks)

  • Failing or deteriorated window components

  • Improper installation of windows or screens

  • Oxidation, hard water stains, or permanent etching unless specifically agreed upon

  • Damage caused by unsafe conditions or undisclosed hazards

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers agree to disclose:

  • Fragile, damaged, or specialty glass

  • Known defects or prior issues

  • Unsafe roof conditions or access hazards

  • Failure to disclose may void any claim of responsibility.

8. Photos & Marketing

  • The customer grants The Window Washer permission to take before-and-after photos or videos of completed work and to use them for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hostile, or materially different from what was disclosed at booking.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
